School Rules and Regulations

  1. Every pupil must have a copy of the School Diary which should be brought to school daily.
  2. Pupils are reminded to address their teachers and the members of the staff in gentlemanly manner.
  3. Students should come to school in full uniform.
  4. Any damage done to the school property should be made good by the pupil concerned.
  5. Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings.
  6. No other Newspaper or Periodical may be brought into School Premises without the consent of the school teachers.
  7. Pupils are expected to take part in all co-curricular activities of the institute.
  8. Irregular attendance, habitual illness, disobedience and bad conduct justify dismissal.
  9. Students found/discovered using unfair-means during examination will be subsequently dealt with severely.
  10. Students should not bring expensive gadgets to the school. The school will not bear the responsibility for its loss or damage.
  11. Parents shall submit a written request if they want to take their ward home during school hours.
  12. Leave is granted only in case of physical illness or other special case.
  13. Parents can meet the Principal/Head Master/Class Teacher only during the allotted days and time.
  14. To better learning of English only, English should be spoken in the school premises (except in other language classes).
  15. All students (except pre-nursery) should join School Assembly which starts at 9.00 a.m.
  16. Monthly tuition fees should be cleared for the whole Academic Session, otherwise no transfer certificate will be issued.
  17. Parents should mark or stick names, standard, section and roll no. on their ward's Tiffin and Water bottles and all the belongings of their children so that they might not be misplaced. This is mandatory for easy identification of the students' belongings.
  18. If a student fails consecutively for two years, he/she won't be given any chance to study in this institute furthermore. The institute does not bear any responsibility for accident.
  19. No T.C. will be issued if arrears are not paid. Please note that if T.C. application is not received up to the 20th Jan. then the School Management will not issue T.C.
  20. All cash is to be deposited in the Institute Account Dept. section only or in the institute Bank A/C No. 292902000000292. Otherwise the School Management will not be responsible for any payments given to other individuals.
  21. Boys should report with proper hair cut and no hair colour to be used.
  22. Boys not to have any tattoo marks in their body.
  23. Medicines must be brought along with the prescription.
  24. Toiletries must not be brought from outside.
  25. The student can't apply for the Transfer Certificate after the admission.
  26. Girls are not allowed to use nail polish and no hair colour.

Boarding Rules and Regulations

  1. Parents without the visitor’s card provided by the Institute will not be allowed to meet their wards.
  2. Parents are not allowed to meet their ward on any day other than the given visiting days.
  3. Parents are not allowed to pick up their children under any circumstances from the Institute boarding without the prior permission from the Principal or the boarding Superintendent.
  4. Once the student is admitted to the boarding, he/she should pay the boarding fee for the whole academic session, though the student voluntarily vacates the boarding.
  5. After taking their children from the Boarding, the parents are requested to report back on the dates particularly mentioned in the Academic Calendar or in the Out-pass Register. Failure to report on time will lead to a fine of Rs. 100/- per day.

Boarding Visiting Day

* The Parents are to pay a visit to the boarding from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month.
